Legal and Ethical

When making a campaign i need to follow certain ASA guidelines that will make sure my content is legal.

I need to make sure that my graphic products do not contain anything that could offend anybody, For example on the poster I need to make sure that the images used could not cause offense to anyone that views the graphics. I also need to make sure that the text on my poster is appropriate and not cause harm or offence.

The purpose of my graphics is to serve as promotional material for my event I need to make sure that the images stay true to what they are advertising and not have any misleading information on my posters or merchandise that i have created.

LO3 Feedback Nick Bax

I have presented my graphic work to Nick Bax and he has given us feedback on our work.

Nick said to me that my idea definitely has potential in Sheffield as there are many upcoming parkour teams and climbers in the area who would be interested and willing to attend the festival.
BAxNick also said that I need to create a mutual name between "Flux Fest" and "Flux Parkour".

Lo2 production plan and Important dates

The drafting of the product will take a week and I have given myself half a week extra time just in case i need an extension to complete some of the draft work.

Site map and navigation will also take about a week and a half as I would have to find a location and then plan out the site for the event.

After i have show my ideas to my peers it will take me a week to analyse it all and to take in the ideas I like and edit them in to my production.

For the technical learning I think it will take a week to get a grip of the general idea and another half a week to just make sure I have a good grip on it.

The final presentation and the feedback will take a week and a half to clean up anything that isn't final.

The final evaluation and improvement will also take a week and a half to finalise everything that i have for this production.

Production starts 6th of June

The main production of the advertisements and the products for the event will begin and will carry on  through o the launch day. The perorations for the event needs will also begin.

Advert launch 4th of July

The advertising production will finish now and will be distributed across the area.
The whole production will now be concentrated on setup and preparation.

Event Launch 4th of August

LO2 Draft

These images above are my inspiration for my graphics

This is my draft concept work that shows some ideas I've had for the final piece

The FLUX fest is my idea for the name of the event.

A campaign is a series of targeted adds for the same product

The campaigns colours will be white, dark red and black and the font I will use in the campaign will be a custom font i will make myself.

LO2 Photoshop Drafts

Here are my product drafts that I made in photoshop.

This is a cap I've created. This design is quite simple and is just a basic 5 panel cap that has the Flux logo imprinted on the front.

This is the flyer I've designed for the Flux Fest event. This flyer is my favourite design as it is very full and fun. This flyer stands out as it has a lot going on therefore will be attractive for the intended audience.

This is a poster that I designed for the Flux fest event. The poster is ok but I don't think it fits the theme enough. I will probably redesign this to make it fit the theme more.
This is a T-shirt That I designed for the Flux fest event as a souvenir that the attendees can buy. The
t-shirt can be 1 of of a range of t-shirts that will have different designs.
